Our story
Operations experience, applied at scale.
HTMZ Interglobe Services was founded in Ariana, Tunisia, by a team with direct experience in fleet management and workforce administration across African markets.
We observed a consistent pattern: companies entering or scaling in Africa built capable commercial and logistics teams, but struggled to maintain the operational back-office those teams required. The monitoring, coordination, and payroll functions were either under-resourced or duplicated expensively.
HTMZ was built to close that gap — offering dedicated, always-on operational support that behaves like an extension of your team rather than an external vendor.
